May the peace tents flower
May the peace tents flower throughout the land
May they cover it
leaving only room for gardens
and orchards and vineyards
and places where children play together
May there be much swinging on swings
and ball-playing and flying of kites
And may the parents teach the children
how to build peace tents
and the children teach the parents
how peace is simple
just you and me
swinging on swings together
and growing the fruits of our gardens
O may the peace tents flower -
