Let us give thanks this day ~
The quality of the Returning Light
Filling our dreams
Mother Gaia, Father Sky, Grandmother Moon
Teach us the ways to enjoy the changing Season’s
Guide us in our understanding that we a part of your very Being,
As you are a part of us.

Winter gifts us time for dreaming,
Mother Gaia, Father Sky, Grandmother Moon,
Guide us to nurture our dreams,
Caring for our Souls,
As you cover us in a blanket of Snow~
What miracles lie waiting?
Teach us the ways to be patient, that we may
Invite ourselves to slowly unfurl,
Tender shoots waiting, dreams that are ready to bloom.

Grandmother Moon, you who lies in Darkness this eve,
Guide us to our dreams,
Teach us the ways of growing toward fullness, and release.

We give thanks for the warmth of hearth and home,
We ask that you keep all that are outdoors,
Those that travel in the hours of night,
With no place to lay their heads.
Please Mother Gaia, Father Sky, Grandmother Moon
Guide and keep all your children, safe from harm.

We give thanks Mother Gaia, Father Sky, Grandmother Moon,
The Miracle of Life and the cycles that guide and teach us.

I call to you Father Sky,
May the Sun rise today.
Bringing us warmth and Light
May it fill our Hearts.

Giving Thanks that you
Allow us to walk on your Belly,
May it teach us the Ways of Service.

May I learn to live in Harmony,
With all that Surrounds me.

Flamingo Pink raising above the cityscape
The street light outside my window, out
Dawn is breaking
Birds laughing, some talking
Once again we wake
A new day
Ripe with Possibilities.

Let me feel Gratitude,
Invite my Fear to lift.
Oh, most Divine Universe,
I am Thankful for this day
That lies now before me.
What might I bring to this day
That will bring a shine, to the world?

I thank you for another day of Life
Guide me that I not squander it
In pettiness or gossip.
Let my voice sing out in Praise,
Lift up my heart,
Oh, most Divine Universe,
That I may honour this gift of today.

Oh, most Divine Universe,
Help me to pray 108, twice, three times
For the removal of what feels like
Insurmountable obstacles, for all beings.
Thank you for this day.
Thank you for hearing my plea,
Thank you for my own Divine Nature.

Moon FIre

The Moon full,
Dia de los Muertos.
We stood together in your Divine surrounding
Creator Spirit.
We came to gift the fire, stand in community
Our voices, shared with the voice of the Trees.
The fire burning holding our desires
The voice of a Bird calling in the Darkness
A gift I am sure.
Creator Spirit,
Thank you for the Beautiful Moon, the fire
Community.
Thank you to the land, the Songs, the sharing of intention.
For the dancing Moon shadows outside my window.
Thank you Creator Spirit,
This morning, the rising Sun will, gently kiss
The fullness of the Moon, sleep well.
What Beauty and Mystery there is to Behold.
Thank you, for the gift of today.

Autumn Love

The colours, the way the light has a crispness.
Harvest smells, the last cutting of grass.
Creator Spirit, thank you.
The wonder, beauty, and richness,
The gifts of so much stimulation to the senses.
Inviting us to inhale deeply, use our eyes,
Fill our memory banks.
Flex ourselves, before the Winter winds.
Creator Spirit,
Thank you for these gifts as the nights are long.
Grateful for the snap in the touch of air upon my skin.
