A Prayer of Resilience

Great Mother, Father, Spirit
I thank you for the gift of resilience
The inner laughter as I continue to learn.
I can sing and dance;
As I face into the wind of change and hurt.
I am able to morn and weep for what has been lost;
And yet feel the Joy rise in my heart;
For another day to Live and Love.
Thank you Great Mother, Father, Spirit.
I am grateful for your guidance
Teaching me that all things may change in the blink of an eye.
I am indeed blessed always, always.

My Fragile Heart

With my Fragile heart held in my hands
Dear Divine Spirit, hold me.
Guide me.
That I may know my Resilient heart.
Guide me O' Divine Spirit,
For I am your gift to the world.
Guide me, show me the way.
Save me from my own doubts.
