For these Great Spirit

Moments that make a Life
Sorrows and Joys
Our Humanness revealed.
Extraordinary ordinariness
For these Great Spirit

I lift up my arms to you,
I give Thanks for Life
My very Human experience.

Great Spirit,
Dance with all the Joy in my Heart
May my Sorrows,

Renewal, for does not all growth
Come at some point from death?

Life springs forth ~ changing everything

Everyday I want to be Grateful

Momma Earth,
I want to be grateful all the time
Some days it feels too difficult.
I hear those that I love in pain.
Struggling to pay their bills.
Feed themselves, their animals.
Guide me Momma.
Teach me and remind me that there truly is a purpose
For the destruction of hurricanes, tidal waves, and earthquakes.
Guide me through the seasons, the cycles,
That I may learn to be grateful all the time.
For I some times feel my own struggles,
To be kind, to share what I have.
Being in the moment!
Guide me Momma Earth,
Teach me, your ways, I am listening.
I come to you with arms wide open,
My heart I gift to you,
Sweet, sweet Momma Earth.

Grateful for today

Great Spirit
Thank you for today.
I am grateful to wake and see the blue sky.
I am grateful for I have work today.
It is good to be in the world.
Thank you, Great Spirit for this day.

No Rain today.

Great Mother,
We are grateful for all that you gift us.
I will admit that these past weeks have been difficult
I feel your pain, see the rain.
I too am sad.
Please Great Mother,
Ask the Sun to shine.
